Phish 12/31/99 Ambient Jam Out of After Midnight
For all of you who don't know what Big Cypress was, here is an explanation. They started off the 7.5 hour midnight to sunrise set with After Midnight, and this part of the show comes in their reprise jam of After Midnight coming after Drowned later in the set. This is some of the best ambient music I have ever heard and probably the ambient music with the most groove I have ever heard. The jam is broken up into two videos. I threw in some pictures(which are not mine, I found them through Google) of the festival below as well.

Phish- Prague 7/6/98 Ghost
11/17/97 is one of my favorite shows and contained my favorite Ghost prior to hearing this version showcasing some great looping and shredding from Trey. This video also features some great footage of European Phish.

Jerry Garcia Band 12/21/1979
Great recording of this gem from JGB. The Sugaree and Positively 4th Street are both fantastic. Jerry is/was the best Dylan interpreter. I guess there was a reason why Dylan asked to join the Dead.
Correct Track Listing:
Set 1
Sugaree
They Love Each Other
Russian Lullaby
After Midnight
Set 2
How Sweet it Is
Positively 4th Street
Deal
Encore
The Harder They Come

Some Deeper R.E.M. Cuts
I was listening through the R.E.M. catalog today and picked out some songs you probably wont hear on anything except XRT these days. Their older material is fantastic and if you like R.E.M. at all and do not know much of their material, begin with Automatic for the People and start working backwards.

Doc on RATM and Protesting
They are arguably the best band of the 90's. Not only was the music great, but Tom Morello's guitar playing was innovative and forward thinking. You can't ignore the influential power of the their music and message either. I am lucky to have seen them live and I would have to say it was one of the best shows I have ever seen, possibly even THE best show I have ever seen. It was definitely the most intense and had the most energy.

The Best Thing to Come Out of Akron is Dan Auerbach, Sorry Lebron
Here is Dan Auerbach's (of The Black Keys) debut solo album from 2009. You may recognize Goin' Home from the new Budweiser ad about a soldier returning home to his family.
