Warren Zevon- Excitable Boy

Alright well i can't fall asleep so I might as well get this blog rolling.  You probably know Warren Zevon as the man who wrote and sung "Werewolves of London," but the man had a long career of writing many great songs.  Still, his strongest album is Excitable Boy, which includes some of his greats such as "Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner", "Werewolves of London", "Excitable Boy", and "Lawyers, Guns, and Money."   Fans of Dylan, Bruce, and Paul Simon take note as Warren Zevon was one of the greatest songwriters of his era.  Warren Zevon was diagnosed with inoperable mesothelioma in 2003.  His last album was The Wind which featured appearances by Tom Petty and Bruce Springsteen.  The album went on to win two Grammys one of which for the best rock performance for "Disorder in the House" on which Bruce Springsteen sung and played electric guitar.  Zevon passed away on 9/7/2003, he was 56.
